“In these years, rural houses have been rebuilt and updated frequently, with high energy consumption and low energy efficiency, which wastes resources and damages the environment.” Recently held the “Beijing University of Technology Green Assembly Farmhouse International Academic Forum and Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance Inaugural Meeting” Shang Lai, vice chairman of the Jiu San Society and construction expert, said.

There are nearly 1.7 million villages in China, but the construction of farmers' houses still uses clay bricks as the main building material, and the seismic and thermal insulation properties are extremely poor. In winter, a lot of energy is wasted, which also causes huge land, human resource waste and environmental pollution. The situation is worrying. Therefore, it is imperative to study and explore the agricultural technology system and industrial development mode that are suitable for different geographical characteristics of rural areas in China, which are suitable for modern production, construction, materials and living habits.

Beautiful countryside needs “green farmhouse”

In order to make rural houses "green", improve the quality of life of farmers, and implement the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on new urbanization, ecological civilization and beautiful rural construction, Beijing University of Technology Green Assembly-style Farmhouse Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “Union” was established in Beijing at the end of 2015.

Xiao Zhongqiang, the secretary general of the Alliance and the president of Beijing Dagong Jianzhu Technology Co., Ltd., said in an interview with the Science and Technology Daily that the farmhouse should consider "four sections and two environmental protections", that is, "energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving", etc. The role played by the level, the importance and necessity of the assembled farmhouse is self-evident. In order to completely change the housing conditions of the peasant masses, it is necessary to build a “green farmhouse” by using new wall materials, new energy-saving doors and windows, renewable energy, applying new structural systems and economically reasonable energy-saving windows and doors.

In fact, the country has long had relevant regulations on the “greening” of rural houses. In 2005, the state issued a series of policy documents on the prohibition of the use of solid clay bricks in construction projects; it was clearly stated in the National New Urbanization Plan (2014-2020) that the rural living environment should be greatly improved. Building beautiful countryside.

In 2015, the Central Document No. 1 "Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Deepening Rural Reform and Accelerating Agricultural Modernization" pointed out: Focusing on the integration of urban and rural development, we will further promote the construction of new countryside. China wants beauty, and the countryside must be beautiful. To prosper the countryside, we must unremittingly promote the building of a new socialist countryside. It is necessary to strengthen the guiding role of planning, speed up the upgrading of rural infrastructure, promote the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas, and make rural areas a beautiful home for farmers to live and work in peace.

Industrial production can also "send the door to the door"

The “green-assembled” farmhouse system is a strong research team composed of a large number of professional scholars from the international green building masters Professor Robert Vale and Beijing University of Technology and other universities and research institutes. Based on a systematic comparative study of the prefabricated residential system, it has been developed over several years.

“Green assembled farmhouses will be a green revolution”. Xiao Zhongqiang explained that the industrialization of green farmhouses means five “transformations”: one is to build a house like a car, to turn workers on a construction site into workers in a standardized factory; the second is to produce garbage from the construction industry. Reduced to a negligible degree; Third, the building materials are completely factoryized, green, environmentally friendly, low-carbon, non-polluting, 85% of building materials can be recycled and reused; fourth, rural houses are moved to the Internet, people can be at home Choose a house, the house will be delivered to the door, the average installation time per house is no more than 8 hours; the fifth is the ultra-low price, plus the country's green energy subsidies, so that farmers can afford to live, live comfortably.

Experts also put forward their own opinions on the development of assembled farmhouses.

“Assembled farmhouses need to consider the current market stocks and increments; standard systems and technologies must be adapted to local conditions; price and quality are concerned, prices are acceptable, and they are safe and durable.” Lai Ming emphasized that green-assembled farmhouses are in the current rural economic conditions. Next, for many farmers, the price is relatively high. Therefore, he called for appropriate subsidies by the government to further improve the quality of farmhouses and energy-saving effects.

Director Liu Jingjiang of the Center for Science, Technology and Industrialization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development believes that agricultural houses should pay attention to economy, safety and technology. He particularly emphasized the need to use solar water heating systems, solar heating systems, fresh air systems and other technologies according to local conditions.

Base, automated production line has been built

According to Dai Wei, president of the Union and dean of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Beijing University of Technology, at present, the alliance has completed the research and development of green assembly-type farmhouses; realized the industrialization of new buildings in green-assembled farmhouses; and completed the crop straws and solids at the same time. Research and demonstration of key technologies in related fields such as waste comprehensive utilization, as well as research on “green-assembled farmhouse design”; comprehensive participation in the protection and development of traditional villages in China, using 3D laser scanning, tilting photography of drones, Advanced technologies such as BIM technology have helped rural construction; the spatial information collection, traditional village protection and development, rural planning and design, and rural digital platform construction of Beijing Lingshui Village, Hunan Zhonghuang Village, and Hebei Province have been completed. In addition, the alliance also has the Tianjin Wuqing Demonstration Base, the North University of Architecture and Planning College of Production and Research, and has built an automated production line.

“Beijing University of Technology Green Assembly-style Farmhouse Industry Technology Innovation Alliance is an open platform with creativity, cohesiveness and vitality. The concept of alliance is 'innovation, cooperation, sharing and win-win'.” Dai Wei said that the alliance always welcomes “Joining companies with the same feelings and similar dreams,” and mutual strategic partners, to create “a modern house that allows farmers to live in affordable housing”, to achieve “seeing the mountains, seeing the water, remembering to live The Chinese dream of nostalgia!

Union business card

Beijing University of Technology Green Assembly-style Farmhouse Industry Technology Innovation Alliance was initiated by Beijing University of Technology to realize the strategic platform for the industrialization of fabricated green farm buildings in China. The Alliance has joined a number of domestic and foreign institutions of higher learning such as Victoria University of New Zealand and Yonsei University of Korea, as well as a number of research institutes such as China Building Materials Science Research Institute, China Building Standard Design and Research Institute, and Beijing Zhongjian Architectural Design Institute. Well-known enterprises in more than 100 industrial chains, such as Erte Zhongjia (Tianjin) Steel and Wood Structure Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jialiang Steel Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Baoli Automation Technology Co., Ltd.

At present, the Alliance has independently developed a set of low-cost green assembly-type farmhouse systems suitable for China's new urbanization construction, as well as corresponding automated production line equipment. The system adopts cold-formed thin-walled steel frame structure and 榫卯-type connection system, which makes full use of light aggregate concrete with solid waste materials and plant straw to make slabs, combined with building information model (BIM) technology and green integration technology. Standardized design, industrial production, assembly and construction, products are safe and durable, green and environmentally friendly, have significant price advantages, and can be better applied to beautiful rural areas and new urbanization construction.
